1. 分析了下询盘,首先是询盘底部的urgent,一般这样的询盘我会在收到的第一时间就给客户回复,高效率的回复,让客户觉得你工作效率高,且对产品市场等也比较熟悉。在询盘里,客户虽然没有明确的采购明细,但是尺寸范围,要求等都说的很明确,这样的明显是优质询盘,需要好好对待了。

2. 开头点出是阿里的回复,一般会把询盘内容附在下面,不至于让客户一头雾水,紧接着介绍自己和公司,一个manufacturer跟客户要求的factory呼应,正文里的报价没有报客户要求的所有规格,仅挑选了畅销规格报价,这里要求对客户市场有足够的了解。这样一封回盘过去,客户会觉得你相当专业,也洞悉他们市场,会乐意跟你合作。这里第一封邮件我没有添加附件也没有图片,客户如果有兴趣自会接下来跟你谈的。接下来都是些常规的,签名里的公司logo是亮点,可以加深客户对公司的印象。
