回盘备注:客户说有意向订5000的产品,我想他的意向应该比较明确,我还专门根据俄罗斯的喜好选择了产品的款式以及色调整理出来发给他,可是回复之后就没有回应了,想知道具体是什么原因呢?

专家点评:你的询盘实战经验应该还是比较少,这条询盘质量一般,只是买家收集产品和价格信息而已,属于意向比较低的买家类型。通常有真实采购意向的买家都会有明确的目标产品,在询价时一般也不会局限于价格一个纬度,因为一笔交易涉及的因素很多,仅仅了解价格情况远远不足。而只是说有兴趣采购,希望发产品目录和价格单的买家,通常手上没有明确的订单,只是了解行情或收集信息开发产品,这类询盘回复后一般买家都没有二次回复,很正常。
这类询盘处理的时候给简要资料即可,价格提供参考报价,注明交易价格需要视综合交易条件而定,然后让对方提供产品目录中感兴趣的产品,采购时间,采购量以及对方公司基本情况等信息,如果没有回应就不需要重点跟进了。
