你的回复专业度不足,首先,客户非常着重介绍的产品要求你忽略掉了,不管你能否达到买家要求这点都要明确回答,如果我是买家看了你的回复就直接淘汰了,附件根本不会去看。其次,没有在邮件中看到吸引买家去打开附件的内容,任何一家供应商都可以像你这样报价,而且你们的价格还不一定有优势。建议在正文中对产品的优势做一个概括介绍,但用语要具体客观。第三,你是典型的能偷懒就偷懒的回复,为什么只有出厂价?客户提供的港口信息视而不见?我们常说自己能多做一份功课就让客户少做一份功课,你的同行里面一定有比你更专业的。附件信息我看不到,但猜想也是基本的产品参数和图片。最后,在询盘内容比较专业的情况下,可以直接介绍自己的贸易条件,这样给到客户的信息是完整具体的,在专业度上没问题,即使客户没有选择你,也是因为硬性的条件例如产品匹配度、价格等因素,不会是跟进方法和技巧的问题。
