做得好的地方是供应商在结尾处表明了长期合作的意愿,有主动为买家报价的意识,会给买家留下好的印象;

跟进的思路可以从2个方面来看:
1.买家不是主动的人,报着开发的心态来的,没有十分的信心。不要给其压迫感觉,报价尽量体现帮助感,周期不妨长些,对她来说有共同开发市场的心态最好。运费上结合单品也不过期望成本降低。这类买家容易被左右,如果自己有其他的方案也不妨提供下,包括其他风格产品,只要符合他的利益。
2.问买家的东西少了,其实对买家了解的不多,最好报价的同时跟买家沟通或者从网络看能不能收集到更多信息,例如他的产品定位,市场特点,经营范围。了解的越多给到的方案约有针对性,好像跟他能站到一条线上。顾问那种感觉
3.建议不论回复什么样的买家都要考虑下对买家问题,特别是有什么不确定的,站在他的角度上帮助他吗。对2次回复也有帮助。
