专家点评:客户虽然明确了产品,但其它条件都没有提及,说明可能目前客户那边只是在产品和价格了解阶段,还没有具体的采购计划,要先降低期望值,没有回复并不奇怪。
这类回复邮件时注意两块内容即可,一是提供具体的产品参数和报价,你邮件中先推荐较为近似的产品让客户参考是不错的做法;二是进行引导和挖掘,以便进一步判断客户的价值。如客户询盘中只说明了产品,但细节不够清楚,而且没有说明采购数量和时间,以及贸易条件等内容,所以介绍过产品信息后,可能向客户提问两到三个这类问题,如,我们的产品价格根据定货量不同有几个点的浮动,请问你们首次计划采购多少量?使用我们的品牌还是定制你们的?等等了解具体细节的问题,如果客户没有回复,当一般的潜在客户定期维护下就可以,如果有回复,说明客户也想具体了解,这就表示采购需求较为真实了。这个做法,对于那些内容不太明确的询盘都比较适用。
