专家点评:这样的客户是相对比较比较容易跟进的,因为买家的需求和问题都很明确。回复询盘之前,一定要详细地看清楚询盘的每个句子每个单词的意思,新人建议最少读三遍以上,了解清楚客户的关注点之后再去回复,对于大多数客户来说,你只有一次得到买家认可的机会,所以回复的时候一定要认真仔细,特别是这种买家把问题和需求表述得很明确的询盘。例如你的回复中,买家提到的很多问题都没有回应,你可以再看下。同样,买家发来第二封邮件,上面的需求也介绍得很清楚,通过这些问题我们很容易了解买家关注什么,担心什么,直接回复告知买家想了解的信息就行了。一定不要视买家问题为不见,或者觉得麻烦就省略了,那么你也会被买家省略的。
