2,你们经理说……,等于告诉客户,我不专业,我没法跟你谈,客户当然不会浪费时间。
3,这个客户质量很高,也是最容易跟进的类型,因为买家的要求写得很详细很具体,你只要逐条按照实际情况进行回复和说明即可,基本不需要运用什么技巧。这样的客户要么你就不要跟进,要么就给客户很专业的感觉,像这样的回复是断自己的后路。其次要说,不管是新手老手,只要是业务员,你就要作为一个能够独立负责的人跟客户谈业务,不懂就赶快学,客户不会管你背后有什么原因,只关注你能拿出什么。连一些基本问题都需要请求经理老板的人客户是没办法谈业务的。
最后,这种情况下,客户是因为你的专业度不足而放弃的,当然不用考虑后续的关系与合作了。
