你的回复是答非所问,所以客户当然不再联系你了。
回复询盘和邮件前,一定要认真仔细阅读客户的邮件内容,了解清楚客户的需求是什么,想知道什么,再去回复,不然像你现在这样自己只管自己的一套回复,完全不顾及客户的需求有感受,仅在专业度上就被客户完全否决了,客户没时间跟你浪费。
因为实在跑题跑的太远,你的回复内容与客户的问题联系太少,无法评价,所以这次暂不提其它建议,就一条,好好阅读客户的邮件内容,一字一句地读,最少读三遍以上,体会客户的需求是什么,再去设置回复内容。
