专家点评:像采购量小不是问题,没有客户一开始就会给你下大单,在产品、服务方面客户都需要尝试,小单低成本尝试是最正常的做法,换你们是买家也会有这些顾虑,用心把小单做好,帮客户把市场基础打好,才会换来客户的信任和大订单。有的是现在规模确实小,有的是潜在需求很大但不会冒然给新的供应商下大单,万一中间有产品或其它问题,买家可能就永远不能翻身了。所以,除非你们的工厂确实很大很有实力,公司的资质条件不需要做小单就能够让买家足够放心,否则的话还是要从小单做起,培养客户的信任度。其实小单买家承担的成本也比较高,但是确实是规避风险比较妥当的做法。
