你的回复中,只给了对方产品价格,甚至产品的详细资料都没有,等于告诉对方,如果价格不合适就不用考虑我了,以后要避免这种给自己只留一条路的做法。除价格外,首先你还要提供产品介绍资料,并配上必要拉品介绍图片,让客户明白这个价格对应的产品是怎么样的,对自己产品特点,特别是与同类商品相比有哪些优势要注明,通过的认证检测情况都也要说明,有同类地区出口经验的也要说明,这样客户得到的信息才是综合的,不会仅仅因为价格就把你筛选掉。另外,上面的介绍都是自己的内容,还要了解客户的情况,要有一两个问题引导客户继续和你保持联系,例如,你们打算什么时候采购?最看重产品的哪个特点?以后的结尾也尽量不要用if you have any question之类的问法,这就好比告诉客户没什么问题你就不用联系我了,改成I’d like you to …让客户明白你在等待他的解答和回复。
